UFC Hall of Famer Forrest Griffin is used to taking some punishment. For years, people saw Griffin take a beating on television. He won a lot more than he lost.

But Griffin may have found his toughest opponent in retirement. While working out, Griffin took a medicine ball to a sensitive spot. Instead of never telling anyone about it, he decided it was another beating the world had to see.

Griffin slyly posted the video to Twitter with the caption, “Check out my sweet track suit.” In the video, Griffin walks up to a medicine ball, bounces it and then watches in horror as it hits him right in the groin.

The shot brings Griffin to his knees, though not for long. He recovers quickly, getting up and trying to walk off the pain.

Griffin appears to have escaped without a serious injury, meaning Bryce Mitchell still owns the 2018 record for most horrifying groin injury in the sport.
