Back to the fantasy basics on Thursday Night, but what about the running backs?

After back-to-back Thursday night games that featured powerhouse offenses, we're getting another dose of flotsam in Week 10. It was fun while it lasted. Sigh.

But even if you're not deliriously fired-up about this week's Browns-Bengals slap-fight, there's a decent chance you'll have a few fantasy commodities in action. Jeremy Hill is coming off a beastly game against Jacksonville (154 yards, two TDs), and he figures to again dominate the backfield touches for Cincinnati. Giovani Bernard is still dealing with a medley of injuries (shoulder, hip). Facing the league's No. 31 ranked run defense, Hill is a decent bet to finish top-10 (5? 3?) at his position in standard fantasy scoring. Long-range, Gio investors should be concerned about the possibility that Hill will force a 50/50 job-share in Cincy's backfield. These two runners complement each other well, when both are healthy.

Cleveland's ground game has been ... well, it's been kind of a mess since the team lost center Alex Mack for the season, actually. But Terrance West appears to have taken over the chairmanship of the RBBC. He played more snaps than Ben Tate in Week 9, saw more touches and he found the end-zone on a 2-yard reception. If you absolutely have to starts a Browns running back this week (which would be a weird and terrible rule, but we're just pretending), then West should be the guy. Isaiah Crowell was barely a rumor in Week 9, so he's essentially eliminated from the fantasy discussion entirely.
