Are you 5-0, 4-1 in your fantasy league? Well, it's never too early to start dealing for the fantasy football playoffs

Let's just say, hypothetically, that you're the owner of a 4-1 fantasy team. If you're off to a stellar start, well-positioned for the fantasy postseason, then you're allowed to look ahead to the closing weeks of the season. Today, we're looking to enrich the rich, identifying three players to target in trades all of whom have excellent schedules in the most important weeks of the fantasy season (13-16).

QB Tony Romo, Dallas – Romo has given us useful stat lines in his last three games, including 324 yards and two scores against the Texans on Sunday. When we reach the closing weeks of the season, his schedule is as friendly as it gets. Dallas has both matchups with Philly at the end of the year, in Weeks 13 and 15. The Eagles defense, as you might have noticed, gets torched by a different sketchy QB every week (Chad Henne, Kirk Cousins, Austin Davis, et al.) Assuming good health, Rom should close the year with a binge.

RB Fred Jackson, Buffalo – Through five weeks, Jackson is averaging 4.8 yards per carry and he's on pace for an 80-catch season. He's basically defying everything we thought we knew about the aging curve for running backs. In Weeks 13-16, Buffalo will face Cleveland, Denver, Green Bay and Oakland. All four of those defenses currently rank among the NFL's eight most generous to opposing running backs, in terms of fantasy scoring. The Bills are one of the league's most run-heavy teams, so there's no need to fret about Jackson sharing touches.

WR Golden Tate, Detroit – Detroit will face the Bears defense twice in the final four weeks of your fantasy season, and we shouldn't need to tell you that Chicago is a friendly matchup. Tate will also feast on Tampa Bay and Minnesota in Weeks 14 and 15, so don't be surprised if he gives you 350-or-so-yards with 2-3 touchdowns in the final month of your fantasy campaign. Tate has delivered back-to-back 100-yard efforts with Megatron hurting, and he might just have the best hands in the NFL.
