Mad Dash: NFL draft hat gets Jacksonville skyline wrong

It takes a lot to dampen the excitement of the NFL draft for a team's fanbase, but what started as a New Era project going for the opposite effect ended up irking Jacksonville Jaguars fans. The headwear-making company released a special line of hats for each team for the NFL draft featuring the city skylines of every team under the bills. It's a really cool detail that makes the hats unique, but there was one problem. When Jacksonville fans started examining their skyline, they realized it wasn't theirs at all. In fact, it appeared to be bits and pieces of the Miami skyline. You don't have to be from Florida to understand the civic pride that comes with living in one city in the state as opposed to another, and following that line of thinking, Jaguars fans were not happy. New Era apologized for the gaffe, and said it plans to have the right skyline ready for the draft.

Nigel Hayes and the Wisconsin Badgers have become unique stars during this year's March Madness. From toying with stenographers to standing in for interviews with Will Ferrell, they seem to be having a pretty good time. It all got a little sweeter for Hayes when he realized the locker he was using at the Staples Center is Kobe Bryant's locker. When he tweeted out his excitement, the Black Mamba himself had a reply. Wisconsin is probably hoping the locker brings Hayes more luck than it has brought Kobe this year.

Sean Taylor is beloved and missed in the D.C. area. So why anyone thought it would be a good idea to paint their blog information over his mural at the Brookland Metro stop is beyond us. Naturally, fans were outraged at the news, and we're guessing the owner of the blog isn't going to get the attention he or she was looking for. We're just hopeful a talented artist steps up to revive the piece.
