Melbourne Victory score during massive seagull invasion

Melbourne Victory beat Wellington Phoenix 2-0 in a match that looked more like a modern remake of Alfred Hitchcock's The Birds.

In the 68th minute, the home side mounted an attack as a large number of seagulls stood on Wellington's half of the pitch. The gulls then scattered and flew in a circular formation as Connor Pain slotted the ball through the goalkeeper's legs for his team's second goal. This can only mean that Melbourne Victory have employed a bird master to strategically summon these winged devil creatures at crucial moments. Either that or their groundskeeper is treating the pitch with breadcrumbs.
