American star snowboarder Shaun White has already made headlines for an event he won’t participate in at the 2014 Sochi Games, but he is building the anticipation for Tuesday’s snowboard halfpipe event.

White, who withdrew from the debut slopestyle event due to “the potential for injuries,” posted a photo of himself on his Twitter account Saturday morning to cap off his week-long Olympic countdown.

White is inexplicably wearing a spacesuit and wrote “it’s all happening” while the caption of the photo says “wish me luck!” White, the Olympic gold medal winner in the halfpipe in at the 2006 Turin Games and the 2010 Vancouver Games hasn’t needed much luck in the past.
