The Russians sure seem confident about their skills in hockey – just take a look at this special beer can posted on Instagram by The Washington Post’s Rick Maese.

A Russian beer company released a can that shows a Russian hockey player helping a young figure skater tie up her skates while a Canadian player helplessly looks on.

The Russians seem to have their eye on the Canadians – the gold medal winning team at the 2010 Vancouver Games. The Canadians are favorites again, while Russia disappointingly finished sixth in Vancouver, so the host country’s athletes will have to step their games up to make the vision on the beer can become reality.
