Watch Reto Berra’s incredible two-save sequence in Switzerland, to the chagrin of Richard Park (VIDEO)

Tyler Seguin and Patrick Kane have been moonlighting in Switzerland with HC Biel during the NHL lockout, while Matt Duchene and Cory Schneider are biding their time with Ambri Piotta, which is apparently a hockey team despite sounding like an Italian adult film actress from the 1970s.

PD reader Ben Zimmerman said a meeting between these two teams is “usually a game not many fans pay attention to here in Switzerland, comparable to Columbus vs. Phoenix or so.” The inclusion of NHL stars no doubt adds interest; hence, Biel goalie Reto Berra’s incredible two-save sequence from Sunday didn’t go unnoticed:

That’s former New York Islanders and Pittsburgh Penguins forward Richard Park taking a perfect pass from Duchene and getting robbed with a archetypal pad stack by Berra; then it’s Marco Pedretti getting absolutely robbed on a diving glove stop by Berra.

Sick, sick stuff, and there's more at the 5:20 mark when Patrick Kane dekes Schneider out of his pads in the shootout.

Really, our only regret here is that the goalie’s name isn’t Retro Berra, and spoke only in classic Yogi Berra sound bytes.

“Hey Retro Berra, what about that save?”

“If the world were perfect, it wouldn't be.”
