Stanley Cup Playoffs Three Stars: Subban, Price lead Habs to Game 1 win over Bruins

No. 1 Star: P.K. Subban, Montreal Canadiens

Subban scored twice on the power play, with his most important tally coming 4:17 into the second overtime to give the Canadiens a 4-3 win over the Boston Bruins in Game 1.

No. 2 Star: Carey Price, Montreal Canadiens

Price was phenomenal, making 48 saves and was one of the reasons why the game needed two overtimes. He made such highlight-reel saves like this one on David Krejci...:

And this one on Jarome Iginla:

No. 3 Star: Rene Bourque, Montreal Canadiens

Bourque continued his hot play, scoring a goal and adding an assist. After scoring 9 goals in 63 regular season games, he now has 4 in 5 playoff games.

Honorable mention: Francis Bouillon scored his first playoff goal since 2008, also against the Bruins ... Rask was phenomenal himself, making 29 saves, including this big glove save on Tomas Plekanec in the second overtime:

Did You Know? Montreal won 24 of the previous 33 playoff series, but the Bruins have won seven of the last 11 and two in a row. (AP)

Dishonorable mention: More overtime in the playoffs? Nothing bad to mention about that.
