Stanley Cup Playoffs: Rangers, Blackhawks, Blues lead NHL betting odds

Wednesday begins the two-month grind until a Stanley Cup champion is crowned. From 16 teams down to 1, and we’re sure there will be lots of craziness along the way.

But before we begin, Bovada has released its odds for the Cup champion, along with those for the Conn Smythe and some prop bets.
