Sabres' Anders Lindback makes great diving stick save on Matt Puempel (Video)

Anders Lindback hasn’t had the best of seasons, but he’ll make the highlight reels this weekend after a tremendous stick save during Buffalo's 3-2 loss against the Ottawa Senators Friday night.

Late in the first period, with the Sabres up 1-0, Senators forward Matt Puempel dove for a loose puck and backhanded an attempt toward goal. Lindback, who was on the other side of the crease, reached across and managed to bat the fluttering puck out of the air. Johan Larsson gave his netminder an assist by knocking the airborne puck away from danger.
