Five things to know about tonight's NHL games ...

1) Wild look for sweep versus Canucks. In the history of the Northwest Division, the Minnesota Wild have never pulled off a season series sweep versus Vancouver. But a win Wednesday night will accomplish just that. And if that's not motivation enough for the Canucks, consider: if they lose any games at all for the rest of the season, they probably won't make the playoffs.

2) Burrows returns. Vancouver will get a little more help, as Alex Burrows returns to the lineup after his billionth injury this season. He was hot before he got hurt, so for the Canucks' sake, one hopes he returns just as hot. Meanwhile, Daniel Sedin, who's playing his 2nd game since returning from injury, hasn't scored in 23 games, so one hopes he gets hot.

3) Flyers, Rangers battle for second in the Metro. Philadelphia and New York both appear to be playoff-bound, so their new fight is for seeding. Neither club is going to catch Pittsburgh atop the division, but they're only a point apart for second.

4) Rangers are terrible hosts. New York loves playing Philly on their home turf. They've won seven in a row at Madison Square Garden versus Claude Giroux and the boys, outscoring them 28-8 over that span.

5) Ducks seeking revenge. The last time Calgary and Anaheim came together, the Flames stunned the Ducks with a 7-2 rout. The Ducks are out for revenge.

Bold prediction: The Canucks win their third straight.
