12:49 p.m. ET: Ha, it appears that there was a troll on the Wideman, Hartley situation per ESPN's Pierre LeBrun:

12:47 p.m. ET: Seems like Slava Voynov has been in the news for parts of the day. He may have been traded, he wasn't trade. And now comes word that his domestic trial has been delayed to next Tuesday per Nathan Fenno of the Los Angeles Times. It was supposed to start Monday. So any resolution with him is being pushed further back for Los Angeles

12:25 p.m. ET: Bob Hartley was on his phone during Flames morning skate at Philadelphia. This is an image you never see in general. I can't remember the last time I saw a coach bring his cell on the ice. But it is trade deadline day. Here is the photo courtesy of TSN's Jermain Franklin. Looks like Bob isn't ordering pizza. Per the tweet it was also after Bob was talking to Dennis Wideman ... who I don't think is on the block. But who knows. Let us all speculate now #becauseitsthedeadline.

12:13 p.m. ET: Sportsnet's Sean Reynolds just said that while trade deadline is like Christmas for most hockey fans, it has been like Hanukkah for the Jets. The reference having to do with the fact that the Jets have been picking up players long before the deadline -- kind of like the eight nights of Hanukkah instead of the one big day like Christmas? Gotta give kudos to Reynolds for having some fun with deadline day and making an out-there comment that made sense and was humorous -- especially during a slow, slow day in regards to major trades.

12:02 p.m. ET: The Waiver wire deadline has passed ... and according to ESPN's Pierre LeBrun the Arizona Coyotes have claimed San Jose's Tye McGinn and Boston's Craig Cunningham. Action! Yes!

12:01 p.m. ET Between llamas on TSN and the 1994 trade deadline bromance on Sportsnet, we don't have much going on from a trade perspective. Probably because most of the major deals were made already.
