Halloween snake prank draws curses, anxiety from Flyers

Who doesn't love it when hockey players get scared? No, seriously. These are guys who fearlessly jump in front of flying vulcanized rubber 82 nights out of the year ... but a little snake can make them go crazy.

The Philadelphia Flyers training staff went for this type of humor in this hilarious video.

Bravo to whoever had to bleep out the curses from the players when they saw the snake. You seriously had your work cut out for you.

Out of all the reactions, the best was the guy who didn't really jump. Vincent Lecavalier looked shocked for a second, but more just enjoyed it. He didn't freak, or didn't jump back, and for that he gets props.

Goaltender Steve Mason, on the other hand, went nuts. It's amazing how he's cool with tending goal in the NHL, but a little fake snake causes high amounts of fear in him. Call him 'Indiana' Mason I guess?
