Damien Brunner took goalie in Swiss league to Dangle City (Video)

Damien Brunner didn’t last very long in the NHL playing 121 games with the Detroit Red Wings and New Jersey Devils, but he’s found a home with Lugano of the Swiss league.

While he was over on this side of the pond, Brunner did have some pretty nice shootout skills. He showed them off again on Saturday during a 3-2 win over SC Bern.

With the game on his stick, Brunner deked and dangled the pants off of Bern netminder Jakub Stepanek, and then promptly celebrated like someone who just pulled off that move successfully to win a game should.

Poor Stepanek. The damage done to his ankles on that goal caused him to need assistance getting back to the Bern dressing room afterward.
