Thing to know: RGIII will be back

In Mike Florio’s ‘One Thing You Need to Know’ segment, Florio confirms the return of Robert Griffin III for Washington’s Sunday matchup at Philadelphia. He also notes with this being the home finale for the Eagles, it may also be the final home game for Andy Reid as Philly’s coach. Florio says don’t expect to see the same mobile RGIII we’ve seen all year because the Redskins must take it slow with their rookie QB coming off a knee sprain.

And as it relates to fellow rookie QB Kirk Cousins, Florio says that the notion of trading Cousins is outrageous as the Redskins are lucky enough to have not one, but two excellent, young passers that are under the team’s control for another three years.
