Ray Lewis lines up for Ravens’ offense on final play of Baltimore’s wild-card win (VIDEO)

Since the Baltimore Ravens beat the Indianapolis Colts in their wild-card playoff game, Ray Lewis will get at least one more chance to suit up and play. But Sunday was the last time Lewis will play at M&T Stadium in Baltimore, and the game ended with a sweet tribute to the longtime star of the Ravens' defense.

Lewis was given a loud ovation from fans in the stands as he came off the field with the defense. Chants of his name and "Thank you, Ray!" broke out. Then Ravens coach John Harbaugh gave him one more chance to take the field. When the Ravens' offense lined up in the victory formation for the final play of the game, Lewis was in the backfield.

He added his own dance when the game ended. In his final game at home, Lewis finished with nine tackles and four assists. Next, Lewis will take his farewell tour to Denver on Saturday.
