Randall Cobb, Justin Smith headline late game NFL inactive lists

Green Bay Packers wide receiver Randall Cobb is inactive due to an ankle injury. Cobb, who leads the Packers in receiving this season, tested the ankle on Friday and his status was not going to be determined until the team saw how he responded to the workout. Also out for the Packers, who have clinched the NFC North, is wide receiver Donald Driver.

San Francisco 49ers tight end Vernon Davis will play in Sunday's regular season finale against the Arizona Cardinals, despite suffering a concussion in last week's loss to the Seattle Seahawks. Davis was hit in the chest area by safety Kam Chancellor, who was flagged, but not fined, for the play. Also out for the 49ers is Pro Bowl defensive tackle Justin Smith, who has a left elbow/triceps injury. The 49ers defense has not been the same since Smith suffered the injury in the third quarter of a 41-34 win over the New England Patriots in Week 15, but Smith will attempt to play in the post-season.

Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski is active for the first time since breaking his forearm on Nov. 18. Denver Broncos right guard Chris Kuper is dressed, but will not start after missing the last few weeks with ankle and head injuries. Manny Ramirez will continue to start for Kuper.
