Sandra Barnett, 49, was kidnapped by Lisa Brown, Barnett's mistress, at her home on Wednesday afternoon. Driving a Dodge Durango owned by the ex-NFL player, Brown was spotted by police on the highway and a chase ensued.

After crossing the Alabama border, Brown stopped the car on the highway, shot Sandra Barnett and then killed herself.
