Michael Vick, LeSean McCoy, Brent Celek, Mike Nugent headline Eagles, Bengals inactive lists

According to Alex Flanagan of the NFL Network, Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick has been cleared by an independent neurologist, passing his final concussion protocol test, but was already been ruled out for Thursday night's game and will not dress. The Eagles will also be without running back LeSean McCoy and tight end Brent Celek, both of whom are dealing with concussions. Rookie Bryce Brown will start for McCoy, while Clay Harbor starts for Celek.

For the Cincinnati Bengals, kicker Mike Nugent (right calf) and running back Cedric Peerman (ankle) are inactive after being listed as "doubtful" on Wednesday's injury report. Defensive end Michael Johnson, who is second on the team with 8.5 sacks, is active after being "questionable" with a toe injury.
