Fred Jackson, Tony McDaniel headline Bills, Dolphins inactive lists

With Fred Jackson sidelined by a concussion, Buffalo Bills running back C.J. Spiller will start against the Miami Dolphins on Thursday night. Spiller has only started two of nine games this season, but leads the Bills with 632 rushing yards and four touchdowns and leads the NFL with a 7.3-yard per carry average.

For the Dolphins, defensive tackle Tony McDaniel and wide reciever Jabar Gaffney are inactive on Thursday night. Gaffney had been listed as questionable with a knee injury, while McDaniel was probable, also with a knee injury. With only 52 players on the active roster, the Dolphins were only required to list six players on their inactive list.
