Donald Driver wins ‘Dancing With the Stars’

The hallowed walls of Lambeau Field tell the tale of the most storied team in NFL history. Thirteen world championship trophies, 21 Hall of Famers and the most revered coach in all of sports have been witness as a nondescript Wisconsin town turned into a football powerhouse, and did it all while the sport transformed into a national religion. Bart Starr, Don Hutson, Ray Nitschke, Reggie White, and soon, Brett Favre, will have passed through Lambeau's halls and into a lasting spot in Canton. But all the NFC titles and Super Bowls and cheering fans and history and magic and frozen tundra can only pale in comparison to Tuesday's monumental news: Green Bay Packers wide receiver Donald Driver was named the winner of ABC's "Dancing With The Stars." Ice bowl? What Ice bowl?

Shutdown Corner will provide an unnecessary, yet thorough, recap of Driver's victory on Wednesday morning.
