Washington is the latest team to unveil a brand new collection of Nike uniforms and this time it’s for real.
New coach Chris Petersen pranked his players with some lame-looking uniforms on April Fools Day, but on Friday a much more appealing look was revealed.

"Our players can't wait to take the field in these new uniforms. The design tells the story of our program and provides modern innovations in materials and design while embracing the rich tradition that has made Husky football so special,” Petersen said in a release.
While UW’s classic purple and gold look will still be worn for the Huskies’ home games, there are now plenty of other combinations for the team to utilize on the field.
On top of that, the Huskies will now be the only team whose helmet "resembles Northwest frost," whatever that means.
