VOD: A junior college team punted for a safety

Earlier this season we had the wonderful punt completion for a first down and now we have a punt for a safety.

Arizona Western was punting from its own end zone against New Mexico Military Academy in the El Toro Bowl and the punt was into a strong wind. A wind so strong that the punt hardly went anywhere.

And then to add to the insult, the punt bounced backwards and out of the end zone for the safety. The funniest part of the video? The audible noises in the background of the press box as the punt hits the ground and spins towards the goal line.
