Video: RB coach Tony Alford is mic’d up for a Notre Dame practice

It's rare that a team allows it's coach to be mic'd up during a practice, but Notre Dame has allowed us the privilege of listening to running backs coach Tony Alford coach up his guys during a spring football workout.

And, I gotta say, it's pretty entertaining.

Alford is funny, he's complimentary and he's a teacher. It's a great chance to be inside a college football practice without having to strap on the pads or get hit.
