Welcome to our new Dr. Saturday feature titled "Random offseason tweet of the day." With real games still months away, coaches and players will be tweeting about non-football-related things as the season approaches. In this space, we'll try to find the funniest and goofiest tweets of the day. If you see something, don't hesitate to send it to us.

Bob Stoops was at practice Wednesday dressed in team colors. It just wasn't his practice or his own team's colors.

The Oklahoma coach was instead at Kentucky's practice. His brother Mark is the Kentucky coach.

Mike Stoops, Oklahoma's defensive coordinator, was there too. According to Mark Stoops, his two brothers weren't there for fun. They came in and watched film Tuesday night and observed practice Wednesday.

"That's what there here for," Mark Stoops said on Kentucky's website. "I mean, they're not here just for fun. You know, we've got to put them to work. ... We talk about ideas, ways to do things, different change ups, how they may play a certain formation or a certain adjustment. So it's good to have them here. I'm definitely going to utilize them while they're here to go watch some film of this practice and some previous spring practices and get some work done."

Maybe tips on how to beat Alabama are included in that discussion? Though after playing the Crimson Tide last year, the Wildcats don't have Alabama on the 2014 schedule.

Seeing Bob Stoops in the blue and gray pullover is a tad jarring, however. As coach of the Sooners since 1999, he's become synonymous with Oklahoma football.

"They like to support us," Mark Stoops said. "He's proud to wear it. I'm sure he'll take that home with him."
