Oklahoma State QB Mason Rudolph met two Backstreet Boys (Photo)

Welcome to our Dr. Saturday feature titled "Random offseason tweet of the day." With real games still months away, coaches and players are still tweeting about non-football-related things as the season approaches. In this space, we'll try to find the funniest and goofiest tweets of the day. If you see something, don't hesitate to send it to us.

Oklahoma State quarterback Mason Rudolph is in Israel and he ran into two of the Backstreet Boys while there.

He took a picture with Kevin Richardson and Nick Carter and posted it to Twitter.

Richardson is on the left. He's also 43. Yes, one of the Backstreet Boys is 43.

The Backstreet Boys are in Israel to play four concerts over the next three days. But you're probably wondering more why the heck Rudolph is there. As a freshman in 2014, Rudolph became Oklahoma State's starting quarterback at the end of the season as the Cowboys beat Oklahoma and Washington to finish 7-6.

Rudolph said in April at a Fellowship of Christian Athletes event that he was heading to Israel to be baptized.

“I was baptized when I was 11 — about a year after I accepted Christ," Rudolph said via the Tulsa World. "It was in a river in Virginia, where my grandfather preached. I’m actually taking a trip to Israel this summer and I’m going to be baptized in the Jordan River, where Christ (was baptized by) by John the Baptist. I’m looking forward to that.”

We can only imagine his anticipation level if he knew he was going to meet some of the Backstreet Boys.
