Off the hand, off the helmet and nothing but catch for VT’s Corey Fuller

Virginia Tech didn't have the greatest day against Boston College — it needed a come-from-behind effort to win 30-23 in overtime — but it did have one of the best catches of the day.

In the first half, with the Hokies trailing 3-0, quarterback Logan Thomas threw a deep pass to receiver Corey Fuller in double coverage. The pass was swatted by one Boston College defender and bounced off the helmet of the other defender before ultimately falling into Fuller's hands for a 69-yard completion.

It's better if you watch the slow-motion replay.

The play was made on a third-and-19 from the Hokies' 10-yard line and ultimately set up a 26-yard field goal.

There weren't a lot of highlights for Hokies' fans, but this might be the catch of the year.
