Georgia wants you to call a play during its spring game

Ever wanted to call a play in a Georgia game?

Well, now’s your chance.

Georgia tight ends coach John Lilly tweeted Wednesday that the program is looking for submissions of plays during the team’s annual spring game.

This is just the latest in what seems like an trend to increase fan participation in spring football. Ohio State invited 2,500 fans on the field for practice and Arkansas State is holding an auction to allow fans to actually coach the game.

It will be interesting to see the plays people come up with. Who knows, maybe the play will be so genius that it will make the fall playbook.
