Franco Harris apparently confronts NCAA president Mark Emmert about Penn State sanctions and police are called

Here's the scene: Franco Harris, a member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame and proud Penn State alum, finding NCAA president Mark Emmert to confront him about sanctions to the Nittany Lions, ending with the cops being called and Emmert running off.

Yes, apparently this happened, according to John Ziegler, a filmmaker who has previously announced he is making a documentary on what he claims is the unfair treatment of former Penn State coach Joe Paterno in the Jerry Sandusky scandal:

Emmert and the NCAA handed down harsh sanctions to Penn State after the Sandusky scandal, including a $60 million fine and a four-year bowl ban.

This set off a passionate argument on Twitter, especially on Ziegler's Twitter account, showing that this issue is still emotional for a lot of people today.

This issue has strong opinions on both sides, and Ziegler and Harris have been two of the strongest supporters on the Paterno side. Below is the summary of the documentary, which is also on YouTube, that Ziegler is trying to make. We're not saying we agree with his side, just presenting it if you haven't reached the saturation point on the topic and want to watch (Harris is one of the prominent talking heads in the video). We assume if you agree with Ziegler's side or wholeheartedly disagree with him and his views, his documentary will just make those feelings stronger:
