You make the call: Aaron Murray gets blown up by Alabama’s Quinton Dial

There's no doubt all players need to keep their head on a swivel following an interception, but there are also rules in place to protect quarterbacks from malicious hits away from the play.

There's rules are now a subject of debate.

Murray threw an interception Ha'Sean Clinton-Dix and as Murray was watching Dix return the ball back upfield, Alabama defensive lineman Quinton Dial hit Murray with a vicious helmet-to-helmet hit that knocked him to the ground.

Despite an official being right there, there was no flag on the play.

Murray was OK, but the hit sparked a lot of outrage and debate by the broadcasters at halftime. One even said that the SEC could suspend Dial for the Tide's bowl game after reviewing the film. The SEC has already suspended two players this season after film review.
