Big 12 has three teams in AP top 10 after Week 5

There was lots of movement in the AP Poll after Week 5 and the Big 12 was the conference that profited from it.

The Big 12 has three teams in the top 10 of the latest AP Poll, released Sunday afternoon. TCU moved up two spots to No. 2, Baylor is at No. 3 from No. 5 a week ago and Oklahoma is now No. 10.

TCU and Baylor moved up because Michigan State struggled at home against Purdue. Despite the win, the Spartans fell to No. 4 from No. 2 a week ago. Ole Miss, which was tied with TCU at No. 3 two weeks ago, lost to Florida. The Rebels fell all the way to No. 14 while Florida moved to No. 11.

Ole Miss is also six spots behind Alabama, who moved up to No. 8 after beating Georgia on the road. The Rebels beat Alabama at Alabama two weeks ago. Did you expect the poll to make complete sense?
