DPS: Barkley would forgive Cooper if they were teammates

Charles Barkley joined The Dan Patrick Show to discuss the racist comments made by Riley Cooper, and in vintage Barkley fashion, he delivered his honest opinion along with a bunch of laughs. The former NBA all-star said he would forgive Cooper if they were teammates and posited that the three years he's spent with the Eagles are a better barometer of his character than a 20-second video. Barkley also likened the atmosphere of a team's locker room to a family, saying that if he were teammates with Cooper, he'd be "the stupid guy in my family."

In addition to the discussion of Cooper's situation, Barkley touched on his own history with racist teammates and his feelings about the George Zimmerman verdict.
