StewPod: Curtis Granderson sizes up the Mets/Dodgers NLDS matchup

The New York Mets and the Los Angeles Dodgers are one of the best matchups in baseball's divisional playoffs, and we've got none other than New York Mets outfielder Curtis Granderson on the podcast this week to talk about it.

Granderson talks about preparing to face Clayton Kershaw and Zack Greinke, how he stays loose during the postseason and how the Mets' July changes and young talent allowed them to streak into the postseason.

He joined us on behalf of the Citi Community Home Runs Program, which donated a total of $190,000 this season to New York-area charities — $2,000 for each homer the Mets hit. Granderson is one of the nicest guys in baseball, a community servant who was the Mets' nominee for the Roberto Clemente award this season.

Fun fact: He also was a blogger for Big League Stew back in the day. You know we had to bring that up too.
