Young Phillies fan pulls Bartman at Target Field, opens door to another Twins run

We didn't need any more evidence that nothing can go right for the Philadelphia Phillies this season, but one of their young and sure-handed fans provided it on Tuesday night.

The situation: With two outs in the bottom of the seventh inning, Minnesota's Ben Revere lifted a foul to third base territory at Target Field. Philadelphia's Mike Fontenot gave chase and it looked like he was going to make the play for the third out. But then a boy in a Phillies cap and shirt — was he roadtripping or a transplant to the Twin Cities via Trenton? — reached up and did this: (more...)
