Mets fans have seriously serious questions for GM Sandy Alderson

Big League Stew

Will the New York Mets sign Michael Bourn? When will we see Zack Wheeler with the big team? Will the Mets target big-name free agents in 2014? How about that casino idea?

Oh, Mets fans have questions all right.

Today, general manager Sandy Alderson did an #AskSandy session, where he fielded questions submitted via Twitter in a web chat. You might be thinking: What could go wrong when the people of Twitter pitch questions at a major league GM? Particularly disappointed Mets fans? Absolutely nothing, of course. It will be the most professional and informative web chat since Chatroulette was invented. You just watch.

And finally ...

Honestly, we're torn.
