Jon Hamm and Jon Stewart banter about baseball, bash the Mets (Video)

Here's a couple minutes of fun baseball talk from two charming Hollywood-types that'll probably be more entertaining than Tuesday's Cubs-Padres game. Just kidding, Carlos Quentin, please don't come any closer.

Jon Hamm (aka Don Draper from "Mad Men") guested on "The Daily Show" with Jon Stewart on Monday night. After the pair finished talking about the secretive world of Sterling Cooper Draper Pryce, they mentioned the movie Hamm is working on next, which got them going on a baseball tangent. Hamm is a St. Louis Cardinals fan, Stewart a New York Mets fan. So they joked about their teams' respective fortunes (one more than the other) and name-checked some old ballplayers.

Hamm's next movie is "Million Dollar Arm," in which he plays a sports agent trying to discover pitchers in India. This is noteworthy, guys, because telling your wife Jon Hamm is in a baseball movie will be a great way to get her to watch a baseball movie.

Baseball is back. Don't miss anything.
