Ben Revere is at it again, watch him make another incredible catch (Video)

Last year, Ben Revere made the best outfield catch of the MLB season. That's subjective, of course, but Revere did win The Stew's Plays of the Year poll, so we recognize him as the champ. He made his case for a repeat Wednesday night, diving at full extension to haul in a fly ball in the right-center gap.

Revere was shaded toward left field, making his dash to the ball even further — 82 feet, as measured by MLB Network. When the ball left the bat, it didn't look like Revere had a chance. Speed, extension and a heck of a dive proved otherwise. Wow.

Was it as good as last year's catch? Again, that's subjective, but my knee-jerk reaction says no. That one was super-hero level. He made that catch in April too, so the rest of the league had pretty much the whole season to beat him. We'll wait and see if they can do it in 2014.
