Watch Quebec Remparts' Dmytro Timashov score spectacular end-to-end goal (VIDEO)

It looks like Dmytro Timashov is figuring out the whole North American ice surface deal.

The 18-year-old Ukrainian-Swedish winger decided to jump to major junior this season on the rationale that playing on this side of the pond might help him better develop for the NHL. On Sunday, Timashov made going coast-to-coast for a goal look like child's play during a Quebec Remparts win over the rival Rimouski Océanic.

Check out the way Timashov just left Rimouski's Jan Kostalek, a Winnipeg Jets draft pick, flat-footed before outdistancing three Océanic checkers and sweeping the puck back before backhanding it over goalie Philippe Desrosiers.

Timashov, who was born in Kirovograd, Ukraine and grew up in Sweden after his mother moved there for work reasons, is nicknamed Dima. He can probably go ahead and answer to 'dynamic' as well.

The 5-foot-9, 189-pound attacker already has seven goals and 19 points across his first 10 games with the Remparts, who have a need for natural offence as long as 50-goal scorer Anthony Duclair remains with the New York Rangers. In any language, that goal was pretty brilliant.
