The Memorial Cup has its first elimination game on Wednesday.

The Rimouski Océanic need a victory to get into a tiebreaker game; standing in its way is the more rested host team, the Quebec Remparts, who would love to turn the tables on their division rivals after losing to them three times on the Colisée ice during the Quebec League final.

Buzzing The Net will hold a live chat when the Remparts (1-1) face the Océanic (0-2) in Game 6 of the tournament at 7:30 p.m. ET/4:30 p.m. PT. Please join Terry DoyleSteve McAllisterSunaya SapurjiMike SandersonKelly FriesenNeate Sager, and a cast of many to discuss all the action on the ice in the Quebec City and myriad goings-on in junior hockey

With a win, Zach Fucale and the Remparts would earn second place and be the official home team for Friday's semifinal. An Océanic victory would likely require a rematch between the QMJHL teams in the tiebreaker game on Thursday, with the Kelowna Rockets getting advanced to Friday due to goal differential.

Buzzing The Net has hosted a livechat of all Memorial Cup games since 2010.
