Golf Digest

Next month's Golf Digest will featured The Golf Channel's Holly Sonders as the cover girl of the new fit issue that will feature 35 pages of how to get in your best golfing shape.

The bonus for golf fans all around? Sonders shows off the work she's put in on her own bod, and let's just say it's obvious that someone knows the way to the gym.

For those that don't know, Sonders is a permanent staple on The Golf Channel's "Morning Drive" and also does work on "School of Golf." A "3 or 4 handicap" golfer, Sonders played at Michigan State before jumping into the broadcast world.

Before the Golf Channel, Sonders worked for the Big Ten Network along with a stint at KATV in Little Rock, Ark.

The fitness issue includes tips from Sonders, Rickie Fowler, Mark Wahlberg and the man behind the latest trend in golf, Jason Dufner.

The above picture is courtesy of Golf Digest, but swing over to their photo gallery to see all the pictures of Sonders that will be in the May issue.

We also have video after the jump of her talking about being on the cover, her fitness and just golf in general.
