CONTEST RULES AND SCORING

FAKE BUDGET: $60,000

Shaun Hill, STL, QB (FanDuel Price: $6,700) – He's matched against Washington, a team a one-armed Geno Smith could look competent against. Only the Bears have proven to be more inferior vs. the pass. On the season, five quarterbacks have scored at least 23 fantasy points against the Redskins, including the "incomparable" Josh McCown in Week 11. Starting DBs Bashaud Breeland and David Amerson have given up a combined 121.1 QB rating on the season. Hill isn't the sexiest name, but he's a cheap commodity sure to profit. Bank on roughly 230-250 passing yards with multiple TDs.

Eddie Lacy, GB, RB ($8,500) – The bulldozing back is sure to make investors serious money on Monday night. Atlanta ranks only behind Oakland and Tennessee in fantasy points allowed to RBs, surrendering 152.2 total yards and 1.4 touchdowns per game to the position. Lacy has trucked over defenses of all shapes and sizes this season, generating 59.6 percent of his yards after contact. He's also displayed more versatility hauling in 2.6 receptions per game. A two-TD effort with 100-plus yards is well within reach.

Ryan Mathews, SD, RB ($7,100) – Since returning from an extended layoff, Mathews has performed laudably. He's seen just 42.5 percent of team snaps in his past three, but he's tallied 4.89 yards per carry. And that was against the likes of St. Louis and Baltimore. New England is far from impregnable up front. Ten running backs have eclipsed the 11 fantasy point mark against it in 12 games. In what could be his highest touch total of the season, my former RB beau tops the 80-yard mark with a touchdown.

[Week 14 rankings: Quarterback | Running Back | Receiver | Tight End | Kicker | DST]

Emmanuel Sanders, Den, WR ($8,800) – The Bronco's 17.1 points per game output in FanDuel ranks well inside the top-10 among WRs. He's caught at least five passes for 100 yards in seven of 12 games. Simply put, the man is a consistency king. Facing a Bills secondary down Leodis McKelvin, Sanders will be a human ATM. Jarvis Landry is the only wide receiver to score double-digits against Buffalo since Week 7, but the Bills haven't faced a pass offense the caliber of Peyton Manning's. Look for Sanders to rack at least 75 yards and a TD.

Jarvis Landry, Mia, WR ($6,900) – The former LSU Tiger has escaped from the cage. Over the past five weeks, he and Ryan Tannehill have been attached at the hip. During that stretch, the pair have connected 32 times for 263 yards and four touchdowns. Landry won't shatter the earth in yardage, but in a PPR format, his weekly high-catch yield is quite valuable. Matched against a Ravens D that's surrendered the most fantasy points to WRs, he's a trustworthy source for 13-plus FanDuel points.

Kenny Stills, NO, WR ($6,400) – Once thought to be a deep-only threat, Stills has quickly developed into a useful all-around receiver. Since Brandin Cooks exited stage left two weeks ago, the former Sooner has boomed. In those contests, he grabbed 13 passes for 260 yards and a touchdown. He didn't go bananas in his first matchup vs. Carolina (5-72-0), but Cooks was still in uniform. In the rematch, Stills and Drew Brees connect early and often. The proposed price is robbery.

Jordan Reed, Was, TE ($5,300) Colt McCoy's primary tendency: Target the tight end. Last week with the QB manning the controls, Reed finally was the center of attention, reeling in a season-best nine receptions for 123 yards (on 11 targets). The Rams have relinquished little to TEs on the year, but given McCoy's tunnel vision, the popular draft day sleeper should again finish inside the position's top-10.

Matt Prater, Det, K ($5,300) –  Sin City set a modest 41.5 over/under on the Lions/Bucs battle in Detroit, which seems about right. Tampa's defense has played well of late and I suspect Praeter will leg 2-3 field goals after blown red-zone conversions.

Minnesota Vikings D/ST ($5,000) – The Vikes host the two-win Jets. 'Nough said.
