ROUND 3

Pick 25: Amari Cooper, Oak, WR12 – Another year at the pro level should help Cooper to improve his focus, eliminate drops, and best his 72-1,082-6 rookie campaign. He's a top-15 option in 2016. (Liz Loza 1)

Pick 26: Mark Ingram, NO, RB13 – His durability issues scare off potential owners, which makes him a great value in the third round. He's a bruiser who can catch. I'm in. (Loza 2)

Pick 27: Thomas Rawls, Sea, RB14 – Was clearly legit and in a terrific situation. If not for his ankle injury (which is definitely a concern), he'd be a top-5 overall player on my board. (Dalton Del Don 1)

Pick 28: Brandin Cooks, NO, WR13 – Had 694 receiving yards and eight touchdowns over the final nine games last season. Clearly an emerging star, but I strongly debated Sammy Watkins here. (DDD 2)

Pick 29: Sammy Watkins, Buf, WR14 – Watkins is an ascending player who ranked seventh at his position in fantasy points per game. He closed the season by topping 80 yards (and usually 100) in each of his last six games. (Andy Behrens 1)

Pick 30: Demaryius Thomas, Den, WR15 – Thomas still reached 1300 yards and 100 receptions in a season that disappointed most of his owners. He's survived bad QB play in prior years; he can deal with Sanchez and/or Lynch. (Behrens 2)

Pick 31: LeSean McCoy, Buf, RB15 – Showed reasonable production when he was on the field; never been under 4.1 YPC. (Scott Pianowski 1)

Pick 32: DeMaroc Murray, Ten, RB16 – This is what happens when you dip into the RB pool at selection 32 overall; at least Titans want to run the ball. (Pianow 2)

Pick 33: Keenan Allen, SD, WR16 – Before injury derailed his season at the midway point, he was on pace for a PPR monstrous 134 receptions, 1,450 receiving yards and eight touchdowns. Given San Diego's projected exploitable defense, he could come close to those numbers over 16 games this fall. (Brad Evans 1)

Pick 34: Cam Newton, Car, QB1 – A QB this early? For this team experimenting with ZeroQB, it was a wise choice. Mr. Greek Yogurt bested No. 2 QB, Tom Brady, by three fantasy points per game last season. With Kelvin Benjamin back he should approach 40-plus total touchdowns again. (Evans 2)

Pick 35: Matt Forte, NYJ, RB17– With the Jets' spurning the RB position in the draft, everything still looks good for Forte to handle a major role in the NYJ backfield. (Brandon Funston 1)

Pick 36: Aaron Rodgers, GB, QB2 – The return of WR Jordy Nelson and the addition of TE Jared Cook should return the spice to Rodgers' passing numbers. (Funston 2)

ROUND 4

Pick 37: Jordan Reed, Was, TE2 – A near-equal to Gronk on a FAN PPG basis in '15, as he was a Snuggy for QB Cousins - should again be a PPR/red zone monster as he enters his contact year. (Funston 2)

Pick 38: Russell Wilson, Sea, QB3 – Hawks were forced to transition from a Beast-Mode centric offense to a DangerRuss-centric attack in '15, and Wilson responded with 24 TD passes in final 7 games. (Funston 1)

Pick 39: Julian Edelman, NE, WR17 – His season pace numbers prior to breaking his foot in Week 9: 108-1230-12. Even if Tom Brady's suspension holds up, Jimmy Garoppolo is serviceable enough to maintain his back-end WR1 worth. Considering the format (.5 PPR), this is a steal. (Evans 2)

Pick 40: Jarvis Landry, Mia, WR18 – Despite tallying the fifth-most red-zone targets among WRs last year, Landry totaled a bland five touchdowns, an anomaly. If that number reaches the 7-9 range, he's a rock solid WR2 who should again chip in 100-plus receptions and 1,100 or so yards as Demaryius Thomas in Adam Gase's restructured offense. (Evans 1)

Pick 41: Eric Decker, NYJ, WR19 – Consistency is a dream, just hope the team's quarterback situation gets straightened out. (Pianow 2)

Pick 42: Doug Baldwin, Sea, WR20 – Obviously regression is coming, but he can give up a lot and still be a Top 20 wideout. Has a dreamy mind-meld with Wilson. (Pianow 1)

Pick 43: Jonathan Stewart, Car, RB18 – J-Stew is the unrivaled lead back for a team that led the NFL in scoring last season. Health worries persist, but the setup is great. (Behrens 2)

Pick 44: Kelvin Benjamin, Car, WR21 – The timing of Benjamin's injury last year leaves little doubt that he'll be ready for camp. Remember, he delivered 1,000 yards and nine scores as a rookie in Carolina. (Behrens 1)

Pick 45: Michael Floyd, Ari, WR22 – Scored eight touchdowns over final 12 games last year, and I fully expect him to emerge as Arizona's top WR in 2016. (DDD 2)

Pick 46: T.Y. Hilton, Ind, WR23 – He's one year removed from gaining 1,345 receiving yards in 15 games, and a healthy Andrew Luck should get him back to that area. (DDD 1)

Pick 47: Randall Cobb, GB, WR24 – The return of Jordy Nelson and a fully healed shoulder/chest should help Cobb rebound from a lackluster 2015. Still just 25-years-old, he's got plenty of juice left. FF: 80-1,150-10. (Loza 2)

Pick 48: Melvin Gordon, SD, RB19 – Motivated coming off of a bust of a rookie season, I still believe in Gordon's talent and like his value in the fourth round. (Loza 1)
