Brianne Theisen-Eaton supports husband Ashton and Canada's Warner with shirt

There will be no controversy about what Brianne Theisen-Eaton wears over the next two days at the track in Rio.

Theisen-Eaton, the bronze medallist in the heptathlon, arrived at Olympic Stadium on Wednesday morning for Day 1 of the decathlon with a shirt that read: "JUST DO IT AE & DW"

"AE" is her husband Ashton Eaton, the gold-medal favourite who hails from the United States. "DW" is Damian Warner, Canada's own star decathlete and the best bet to knock off Eaton. Just Do It, of course, is Nike's slogan. While Brianne and Damian wear Canada's colours and Ashton is decked out in the stars and stripes, they're all on Team Nike, too.

Ashton came under some criticism on social media for sporting a bright red Canada hat in the stands when Theisen-Eaton competed in the heptathlon last week. With her shirt Theisen-Eaton supports her husband, her countrymate, and shines a light on the company that supports the three of them. You can't ask for much more than that.
