Riders and Bombers duel on Twitter during first day of CFL free agency

The first day of CFL free agency saw plenty of action, and that action carried over to Twitter. Many players made notable posts there, including Rob Maver, Brandon Banks, Bo Levi Mitchell, and Matt Nichols, and plenty of teams found ways to work their social media accounts into their free agency dealings, including the Ottawa Redblacks and the B.C. This fits in with the fine tradition of CFL team Twitter feuds and the long rivalry between these teams, and it's fun to see. It's nice to see some personality from the various team accounts, and some back-and-forth during a contested period like free agency. This is all in good fun, and should be embraced as another way to draw some attention to the CFL.
