After the Instant Pot, air fryers became the next big kitchen gadget for whipping up meals fast. However, like the multi-cooker, there may be a slight learning curve. If you recently added an air fryer to your countertop but have no idea how to use it, this air fryer cheat sheet should be your next buy.
The magnetic air fryer cheat sheet provides heat levels and cook times for air frying vegetables, poultry, beef, seafood and frozen food. If there’s something you want to make, you can simply check this chart and follow suit. The sheet is magnetic too, so you can stick it to the side of your air fryer or on the refrigerator for safekeeping.
Right now, you can get it on Amazon for a few bucks off. You’ll get one big, complete reference chart that contains the cook times for most foods, and another small one with just a few favorites (chicken wings, bacon, apple chips, etc.).
Keep in mind, an air fryer is pretty much just a small convection oven. The only difference is that instead of baking, it air fries by rapidly circulating hot air around your food. In turn, this creates a crispy texture, much like if you were to deep fry something.
Still, air frying feels different, so it may take you a few tries to get the perfect crunchy texture. But with this cheat sheet, it will get easier.
