Defending champ withdraws from Vienna tourney
VIENNA (AP)—Defending champion Philipp Petzschner of Germany has pulled out of the Bank Austria Trophy tournament in Vienna because of a calf injury.
The 74th-ranked Petzschner, who won his only ATP title in Vienna last year, was scheduled to play Steve Darcis of Belgium in the opening round on Tuesday.
He will be replaced by Michael Berrer of Germany.
