Jimmy Bivins (Dec. 6, 1919-July 4, 2012) -- He beat eight future heavyweight champs, but never got a title shot. Ring Magazine named him the sixth-best light heavyweight of all time. Bivins was inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame in 1999.
