FILE - This Sept. 9, 2012 file photo shows Cleveland Browns linebacker Scott Fujita watching before an NFL football game against the Philadelphia Eagles, in Cleveland. Fujita is practicing for the first time since his three-game suspension was overturned. Fujita was banned from the team's facility last week before a three-member appeals panel ruled in his favor and for three other players suspended by the NFL for their roles in the Saints' bounty program.
