- One of the nation’s rising stars in the sport, Cholewinski earned a spot on the U.S. World Cup team. Like many, she began her skating career on the inline circuit. One of the country’s fastest skaters, Cholewinski has been ranked as high as second among U.S. female sprint skaters. She moved to Salt Lake City to train for the 2010 Winter Games.
